Rietz Model RA3-12-K122, versatile, variable speed 45 degree angle disintegrator with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 24" OD reduction chamber and has (5) sets of 3 impellers 12" OD stacked on top of each othe rwith 24" OD cover and 360 degree reduction screen (change part per application) which is held between the housing cradle and has clamp down access door with attached product funnel and 4" OD product port. Belt driven rear mounted 50 Hp motor drive with safety guarding and e-stop. 18" OD x 18" funnel style discharge with 4" floor clearence (with funnel) and 43" discharge height (without funnel). Mounted on heavy duty (4) leg frame with leveling screws.
Used for high-speed shredding and wet grinding of fibrous and other tough materials, also used for fine pulping dispersing and homogenizing.
