Rijkaart / Rinc / Capway Model P & A, Complete, stainless steel, 24" wide, in line dough sheeting and die-cutting system rated from 20 to 100 stokes per minute with number of product – depending on materials and application. Equipped with dough flour duster to (3) roll sheeting head with 13" long x 9" wide x 16" deep stainless steel product hopper, (2) 13-1/2" Long x 10" OD ribbed upper rollers and (1) 13-1/2" Long x 10" OD smooth bottom roller to ensure consistent and continous dough sheets. Product then goes thru a 2nd flour duster to the cross-sheeter with (2) sets of 10" Long x 1" OD rollers, to the final (2) roll sheeting head, with top and bottom 24-1/2" Long x 7" OD smooth rollers to the 24" long x 6" wide recipicating die-cutter with scrap return and retracting product unloading discharge conveyor section on to tray or pan. Control Panel has in feed table, cross roller, 2 roll sheeter, main table supply, start and e-stop controls with input / output and sheeter fast / slow speed control dials and statis light bar. All mounted on stainless steel frames.
