Thiele Model S60, Semi automatic, continous motion, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 20 to 100 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 2" to 6-1/2" in Length; 1/2" to 4" in Width; 4-1/2" to 10" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 7-1/2" centers with 1" wide x 2-1/2" high lugs, blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary suction cup pic n place, with carton break and 94" long product hand load secton, Nordsen hot melt glue system, vacuum pump, major flap plows, minor flap closers and single belt compression discharge. Control panel has A/B Micrologix controller and A/B VFD with vacuum and vacuum pump switches, speed control dial and start,stop, e-stop push buttons.
