Tisma Model TCH 600L, Automatic, continuous motion, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 50 to 250 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 1-1/2" to 5" in Length x 1/2" to 3-3/4" in Width x 3" to 9" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 6" centers, with 1-1/2" wide x 1-1/2" high lugs, 32" long x 4" wide product feed conveyor to 120" long total and 95" long usable product hand load bucket in feed conveyor with 4-3/4" long x 1" wide x 11-1/2" deep fixed product buckets. 60" long (2) chain automatic blank carton magazine, (4) head rotary pic n place, top hold down squaring bar, no product / no carton and low blank sensors, automatic barrel cam product loader, Nordson hot melt glue system, with carton flap closers and dual 24" long x 1" high side belt compression / discharge conveyor. Control panel, has CPU controller and A/B panelview with readout, cycle start / stop, pusher cylinder on / off, jog / run, product hold down / up / down switches and e-stop controls. Mounted on multi-leg heavy duty frame with interlock safety doors and statis light.
