TS design Inc, Model Jetted Flume Washer is a stainless steel, jet spray destoner designed to wash and remove stones and sand from leafy product with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. All 304 stainless steel construction with hydrosieve water filtration system that filters out particles 1/32" and larger. Equipped with 106" long x 32" wide x 22" deep wash trough with (7) 1/2" OD side mounted water jet spray nozzles set on 6" centers (7) each side and has 2-1/2" OD end bottom port. 64" long x 23" wide incline cleated product discharge conveyor with 20" wide x 1" high cleats set on 10" centers and 3/4 Hp top mounted motor drive with vari-speed controller and 71" discharge height. 68" long x 32" wide x 29" deep bottom solution trough with 2-1/2" OD end bottom port. Stainless steel 3 Hp centrifugal circulation pump with Pulse Instruments monitor and control sanitizer system for monitoring the Iwaki cleaning solution metering pumps, water faults and statis light with 3-1/2" / 2-1/2" PVC and 2-1/2" stainless steel piping. Mounted on all stainless steel base frame with start and stop push buttons.
Operation:
The product is placed into the washer trough and the spray jets force the produce forward and down into the water and hydrosieve filter removes unwanted particles from the circulating water in trough and product exits on incline cleated conveyor.
