U S Bottlers Model TC-4-14, stainless steel, 4 head rotary chuck capper and feeder rated from 16 to 40 containers per minute – depending on materials and application Equipped with 201" long x 4-1/2" wide plastic delrin belt conveyor with worm screw in feed, cap feed chute and 16" OD rotary turret with top mounted motor drive and cone style cover and (4) pneumatic chucks, set on 10" centers with 84" long x 4-1/2" wide plastic delrin belt conveyor with star wheel discharge. Control panel has A/B controller and A/B Panel view with start, stop, reset, e-stop push button controls and statis light bar, with air chuck controls and gauges. Mounted on a stainless steel base frame with safety door guarding. Also a
stainless steel, cleated cap feeder has 32" wide x 38" long x 30" deep stainless steel cap hopper and 16" wide x 130" long belt conveyor with 1" high cleats set on 6" centers and 125" discharge height into the capper feed chute with top motor drive. Mounted on base frame with leveling legs.
