U S Bottlers, Automatic 48 head, rotary, stainless steel, pressure gravity filler with number of containers per minute – depending on materials, application, size container and fill. Equipped with 70" long x 4½" wide product infeed conveyor, 24" long worm screw to star wheel infeed and discharge 60" OD turrett has 48 filling heads with 1" OD nozzles set on 5" centers with maximum container OD of 4" and overhead product feeding system, bottom up fill, no container / no fill and has product overflow. Mounted on stainless steel frame with safety guarding.
