Equipped with 64" long automatic (3) belt pre-made pouch magazine, reciprocating suction cup pic-n-place, 8 stations for pouch loading, zipper open, spare station, bag open, bag filling, spare station, pouch heat sealing, pouch cooling and discharge, with 40" long x 10" wide discharge belt conveyor. Control panel has A/B PLC with touch screen controller and HMI with statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock safety guarding and leveling legs.
