Wexxar, Model WF-30H, Automatic, in line case erector, bottom hot melt glue sealer. Rated from 5 to 30 cases per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Case size range: 9" to 18" in Length; 5½" to 14" in Width; 6" to 15" in Height. Equipped with 62" long (2) belt powered blank case magazine, pin and dome case forming plates, minor and major flap closers, case pusher bar, Norden ProBlue hot melt glue unit, servo driven auto size adjustment for quick changeovers and 32" long x 3" wide dual side belt discharge section with adjustable from 23" to 28" discharge heights. Control panel has PLC controller with panel view touch screen HMI, e-stop and status light bar. Mounted on base frame with leveling legs and safety guarding.
