I wanted to say thank you for having AGT at your facility. Derric, who accompanied me, always speaks to how impressed he is with Frain. I didn’t get a chance to learn everyone’s name but I will say some stood out for my experience in positive ways. Katie was fantastic and the way that everyone responded to her at Frain shows me that her leadership is valued and respected. George was extremely hospitable and knowledgeable and even helped me start with my golf swing which I am now stuck trying to improve.

Desiree gave a great tour of your warehouse and explained the work of quality your team stands behind when the equipment is rented out specifically for a customers needs. You really pull knowledge of your equipment to produce better than new as it’s tested and updated to perform for your customers.

This experience has left me with confidence of your team and as we grow rapidly to consider your services to combat that demand-to-lead time on production growth and expansion.
